LigoPTP 5-23 RapidFire Tested in Austria

One of the first companies to test the performance of LigoPTP RapidFire is SteirerLAN, located in Strass, Austria, near the Slovenian border. This local WISP, providing internet connectivity to residential and enterprise customers, received the units with 23 dBi integrated antennas and established a 10.6 km (6.6 miles) link. Professional installation and a noise-free channel allowed for excellent signal levels (-57/-60 dBm) and a stable 450 Mbps UDP throughput on an 80 MHz channel.
