The LigoDLB 6 series is an extension of LigoWave’s proven wireless transmission product line, specifically designed for the 6GHz band to deliver an outstanding wireless connection experience. The 6GHz band provides abundant resources for various wireless networks, allowing users to select channels with less interference, reduce noise impact, and achieve longer transmission distances and higher throughput. The LigoDLB 6-90ac is equipped with a 750MHz QCA9563 processor, QCA9882 radio module, 64MB RAM and 16MB Flash. Combining 802.11ac technology and the proprietary iPoll 3 protocol, it delivers up to 500Mbps throughput. The unit features a non-metallic IP65-rated enclosure, lightweight and corrosion-resistant, suitable for various outdoor scenarios.
Key Technical Details
1. Quality of Service (QoS)
QoS technology prioritizes pre-marked traffic according to data types, including network management, voice, video, and general data. The device supports L2 (CoS)/L3 (ToS/DSCP) classification and uses Weighted Round Robin (WRR) algorithm for data allocation, ensuring proportional transmission without packet loss for all service types.
2. iPoll 3 Enhanced Performance Protocol
The base station polls all connected CPEs in the network, sending data frames and tokens to individual CPEs to authorize uplink transmission to the base station. After successful reception, the process repeats for other CPEs. The protocol intelligently identifies device activity: classifying CPEs with low airtime usage as low-activity or idle, and high-traffic CPEs as active. This results in lower latency, fewer data collisions, and support for more simultaneous CPE connections.
